Avis Budget Group in Morrow, GA is seeking a Retail Car Sales Representative to connect customers with their ideal vehicle in a high-volume dealership. You will guide buyers, demonstrate vehicle knowledge, and manage test drives to close deals.

The role offers base salary plus unlimited commission, career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least one year related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work effectively in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service (Preferred).
• Bilingual (Preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma

• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service(Preferred)

• Previousfinance and warranty background(Preferred)

• Bilingual(Preferred)

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $91,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
