Avis Budget Group, headquartered in Houston, seeks a Retail Car Sales Representative to match customers with their dream vehicle and deliver a top-notch buying experience. You’ll close deals using our one-price model and Ultimate Test Drive, with access to a wide inventory across makes and models.

You will greet customers, assess needs, guide options, handle test drives and write-ups, and follow up to generate leads while achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best car-buying experience.
• Determine customers’ needs and guide them through options with vehicle knowledge.
• Manage test drives and complete the write up portion of the sales process.
