Avis Budget Group in Morrow, GA is seeking a Retail Car Sales Representative to connect customers with their ideal vehicle and deliver a best-in-class buying experience.

You will greet customers, assess needs, guide options, and manage test drives, while following up to build relationships and meet sales targets. The role combines high-volume selling with expert product knowledge and a flexible, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least one-year related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of marketing programs, events and promotions.
• Comfort with social media to advertise and market offers.
• Proficiency with various computer applications including mobile applications.
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service (Preferred).
• Previous finance and warranty background (Preferred).
• Bi-lingual (Preferred).

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
