The role emphasizes strong customer service, working varied shifts, and reliable attendance. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but product knowledge and professionalism are essential for success in this team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Able to work a schedule with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks for cannabis industry employment.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe regimens using product knowledge; stay updated on GTI products.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment and assist with store operations.
• Verify deliveries, support management, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and maintain store presentation.
