Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.

You will interact with patients to ensure a top-tier experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dispensary or related retail roles, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a commitment to Jushi’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is desirable.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills including web browsers, POS systems, and processing terminals.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills; comfortable with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, dedication, pace, and energy.
• Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and positive culture.
• Mentor and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Train store staff with updated materials and sessions.
• Follow policies and execute company programs for service, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Develop process improvements to drive growth.
• Manage store scheduling to optimize revenue and control overhead.
• Perform daily inventory audits and record sales and stock accuracy.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage inventory levels.
• Guide patients on cannabis products, dosing, and administration.
