Job summary

The Green Bay Packers Pro Shop Ecommerce Division seeks a personable associate to support daily operations, answer incoming calls, take orders, and assist customers with inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing gift notes, picking and packing orders when needed, making courtesy calls, and helping with special projects. Availability must cover weekends and game days.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls at the Call Service Center professionally and take orders over the phone.
• Provide courtesy calls to customers and referrals.
• Be knowledgeable about Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field businesses; stay aware of current events.
• Assist with check-in of new merchandise and pick/pack orders when phones are slow.
• Process gift notes, scan picksheets, and fulfill gift cards.
• Support managers with special projects as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for servicing the daily operations of the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop Ecommerce Division.

JOBResponsibilities:

• ResponsibleforansweringincomingphonecallsatourCallServiceCenterinaprofessional manner, taking orders over the phone and assisting customers withinquiries.
• Responsibleforcustomercourtesycallsthroughcall-backsorreferrals.
• ResponsibleforbeingknowledgeableabouttheGreenBayPackersandotherLambeau Field businesses, as well as have an awareness of current events of theorganization.
• Responsible for other duties, such as check-in of new merchandise, picking andpackingorders ifthe phonesbecomeslow.
• Responsible for processing gift notes,scanningpicksheets,fulfilmentofgiftcardsandotherdutiesasassigned.
• Responsibleforassistingmanagerandsupervisorswithspecialprojectsasneeded.

Qualifications:

• Home game weekends and special events are required workdays.Retail store shiftsmaybenecessaryforassistance.
• Position requires flexibility in scheduling. Availability must be at a minimum, 3 daysa week including nights and weekends. Hours could range from 8 hours to 35 hours,dependingon individualavailabilityandourbusinessneeds.
• Learn how to use Magento and NCR CounterPoint operating systems.Able to becomfortableusingdesignatedcomputerapplications,includingWordandExcel.
• Ability to interact easily with customers, and work within time limitations duringbusyperiods.
• Abletohavegoodcommunicationandorganizationalskills,aswellaslegiblehandwriting.
• AbilitytoworkaspartofateamtoachieveProShopgoals.
• Hours will range from 7:45am to 8:00pm, but may vary due to the Packers gameschedule.
