Eurest in Dallas, TX is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the cafe and retail operation across corporate dining environments. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory food service experience, a culinary degree or AA, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of retail, catering trends and food cost controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient budgeting, forecasting and payroll oversight.
• ServSafe Certified.
