Sea Island Company is seeking a retail operations professional to manage buying, open-to-buy planning, merchandise receiving, and inventory control across all resort retail shops.

The role involves coordinating with retail managers, maintaining stock levels and par levels, and ensuring compelling visual merchandising that reflects Sea Island style. Occasional travel to trade shows may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Report to work on time, neatly groomed, and follow Dress Code Policy
• Oversee Cloister retail buying process and execute buying plans
• Provide daily and monthly retail statistics reports
• Manage purchase orders and receiving processes
• Maintain inventory levels and par levels; ensure stockroom organization
• Collaborate with retail managers on product fulfillment and visual merchandising
• Travel to trade shows when approved
• Maintain knowledge of Sea Island guest services and local area to answer guest questions
• Lead and assist in physical inventories
• Process special orders promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
• Uphold department standards of quality and timing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Report equipment problems and safety hazards to supervisor
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas
• Willingness to take on other duties as delegated by leadership
• Support and drive a profitable retail experience aligned with resort and club standards
