Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities on-site, while advising on tax planning and leveraging Intuit tools to support clients.

You will own the client relationship, deliver personalized guidance, and collaborate with a team to provide bookkeeping and payroll support as needed. Community engagement and local client growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for consumers and small businesses.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and multiple entity types.
• Experience with tax software and year-round tax guidance.
• Ability to work onsite in a retail environment and build client relationships.
• Willingness to obtain or hold required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Deliver tax strategy, planning services, and software support.
• Own the client relationship and drive repeat business in the local market.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other experts as needed.
• Engage with the community and grow TurboTax client base locally.
