Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking ambitious individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as Tax Experts. On-site, you will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on tax planning, and deliver personalized guidance to clients.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and act as a local TurboTax ambassador within the community, leveraging Intuit resources to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
• Experience with federal and state business tax returns (e.g., 1065 and 1120-S).
• Ability to provide year‑round tax advisory services and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for both consumers and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of each client's financial picture and offer proactive guidance.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll to clients.
