Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation.
