URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life in-store at Skokie. You’ll connect with customers through personal style, authentic conversations, and knowledge of the latest drops, trends, and campaigns.

You’ll help keep the space inspiring, organized, and easy to shop, while engaging with in-store technology to support seamless shopping. Ideal candidates love fashion and pop culture, enjoy teamwork, and are flexible with scheduling, including nights,

Qualifications

• Love for Urban Outfitters and its brand
• Comfort expressing personal style and creativity
• People-first mindset and enjoy helping others
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with your individuality, creativity, and perspective; stay informed on product drops and trends
• Engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products to create memorable experiences
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the space organized, restocked, and on-brand
• Use store tech to support customers’ in-store and online shopping experiences
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Work as a team, sharing ideas and keeping the store a positive place to be
