URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is looking for Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life in-store with personal style and authentic customer connections.

You will engage customers, share knowledge on products and drops, and help maintain an inspiring, organized shopping environment that reflects the UO experience both in-store and online. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Love for Urban Outfitters and personal style.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying informed on product drops and trends.
• Engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Maintain an organized, on-brand sales floor and assist in restocking and styling displays.
• Assist customers across in-store, online, and other shopping channels using in-store tech.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive store environment.
