Job summary

• Act as Brand Ambassador by embracing the company culture to develop relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service in a customer-centric environment to foster loyalty.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and making suitable recommendations.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new product arrivals.
• Support store operations by completing daily tasks and maintaining areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge on merchandise, pricing, and promotions and communicate to clients.
• Assist in achieving sales plans and contributing to store success.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks to keep the customer as the top priority.
