Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and take accountability.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador and build relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service in a friendly retail environment.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and making recommendations.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and arrivals.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and daily tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
• Collaborate with peers across markets and share best practices.
