As a brand ambassador, you will use product knowledge to make recommendations, participate in events, and uphold store standards while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record achieving sales goals and accountability for results.
• Positive, self-motivated, and energetic to win every customer.
• Adaptable to change with good problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador by embracing company culture and building relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service in a friendly retail environment that fosters loyalty.
• Drive sales through extensive product knowledge and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new product arrivals.
• Support store operations and assist in merchandising and daily tasks.
• Open and close procedures and maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
