Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Frisco, Texas is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help customers create an engaging shopping experience that feels authentic, fun, and uniquely UO.

Responsibilities include engaging conversations with customers, staying informed about product drops and promotions, and helping with in-store merchandising to keep displays fresh and on-brand. Retail experience is a plus.

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer service background is a plus but not required.

• Bring the Brand to Life: show individuality, stay updated on product drops and trends.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations.
• Make Shopping Seamless: maintain organized, on-brand displays and restock as needed.
• Use in-store tech to support shopping in-store or online.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: adapt to daily store needs and learn new tasks.
• Work as a Team: support colleagues and maintain a positive store environment.
