Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Dallas is seeking Brand Ambassadors who bring the store to life through personal style and authentic connections. You’ll engage customers, stay informed on drops and trends, and help maintain an inspiring, easy-to-shop environment both in-store and online.

You will work as part of a team with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; energy and a people-first mindset matter most for

Make Shopping Seamless: maintain an organized, on-brand store space from restocking to displays.
Use in-store tech to support customers who shop in-store, online, or across channels.
