Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Genuine love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.
• Confident expressing personal style and creativity.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the energy on the salesfloor with authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the space organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ shopping preferences—online or in-store.
• Stay curious, flexible, and ready to learn as everyday tasks evolve.
• Work as a team and contribute positive energy to keep the store environment supportive.
