Job summary

Gap is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life in-store. You will educate customers about products, loyalty programs, and the Gap experience while delivering exceptional service across all channels.

You’ll work with leadership to meet store goals, support sales floor operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. As part of a fast-paced retail team, you’ll use technology to engage customers, promote programs, and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work across sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom.
