Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing or promotional roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on promotions and drive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
