Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Coordinator, Retail & Brand Activation to support retail marketing, events and campaigns. You will coordinate projects across the Retail Marketing, Brand Activation and Events teams and partner with wholesale accounts to drive impactful campaigns.

The role emphasizes operational support, asset coordination, budget tracking, and collaboration with Legal, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and internal teams to execute campaigns and optimize in-store

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; additional experience considered.
• 1–3 years of experience working in an office environment; professional marketing experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Budgeting knowledge and basic Adobe Suite skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination for Retail Marketing initiatives across the business.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure standard operating procedures are followed in purchases and orders.
• Bring brand campaigns to life at retail, including asset creation, print production, shipment, and implementation.
• Track and manage department budgets and project costs.
• Support US Sales in leveraging the fixture program to increase sell-through.
• Handle daily responsibilities of stock-keeping fixture programs, including order input and inventory.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and Product Development to align brand vision.
• Analyze impact of projects on sell-through, ROI, and KPIs.
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and keep sensitive information confidential.
