Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a credit union, banking, or financial services environment.
• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, specialized training, and relevant experience.

• Translate organizational goals into branch priorities and create clear plans for achieving them.

North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Retail Branch Manager to lead our Minot AFB Branch.

Your Role

As the Retail Branch Manager, you will have ownership of the overall success of the Minot AFB Branch - its people, member experience, lending growth, operational performance, and community presence.

You will lead and develop your team while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve processes, grow lending, and better serve the unique needs of military members, their families, and the surrounding community.

What You Bring:

Experience

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a credit union, banking, or financial services environment
