Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Texas–Humble is seeking a Retail Branch Manager I to grow consumer and business relationships, lead a team, and deliver the Woodforest Experience daily. The role emphasizes community engagement, inside/outside sales, and achieving branch revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills, with a track record of coaching staff and meeting performance targets in a branch environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience leading and directing the activities of a sales team is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate staff to ensure profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives.
• Develop and lead strategies to grow, retain and deepen consumer and business relationships.
• Proactively grow business deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
