Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Clive, IA is seeking a proven leader to oversee retail branch banking offices, directing sales and service teams to meet branch outcomes while upholding the organization’s mission and values.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and performance, collaborate with Mortgage, Commercial, Wealth Management and Insurance partners, and participate in community events to promote the credit union’s presence in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ credit union or related experience; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to network/build relationships to grow business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages retail branch offices, including sales, service and operations.
• Implements plans to achieve goals and ensures policy compliance.
• Coaches branches to achieve branch loan/deposit goals and referrals.
• Handles HR tasks: hiring, performance reviews, discipline and coaching.
• Monitors branch performance and reports to leadership.
• Represents the credit union at community events and functions.
• Ensures confidentiality and secure handling of member information.
• Manages scheduling, overtime, and attendance for direct reports.
