Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Branch Manager I in Springfield, Ohio, to drive growth in consumer and business relationships while delivering the Woodforest Experience.

The role emphasizes leading a team, achieving branch revenue goals, and expanding deposits and loans through proactive outreach and community engagement. On-site leadership and a customer-centric approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience leading and directing the activities of a sales team is required.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• We prefer candidates who reside within our community.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by marketing banking products and services.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate staff to meet profitability and customer service goals.
• Develop and lead strategies to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Grow deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
• Enhance customer experience by greeting and developing relationships with customers and partners.
