• Coach branch staff and monitor sales results; conduct pre-shift huddles.
• Handle operational duties: scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing, and teller tasks.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Understand and manage risk per FNB risk program; ensure regulatory compliance.
