Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Assistant Branch Manager to align with the Retail Branch Manager and drive growth in consumer and business customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering the Woodforest Experience to every customer, every day, every time.

You will help lead strategies to grow, retain and deepen relationships, and work toward expanding deposits and loans while engaging with the community and retail partners in a technology-driven customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue goals by identifying banking products beneficial to customers.
• Grow business deposits and loans through internal and external calls.
• Enhance customer experience by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with customers and community members.
• Lead a community engagement strategy with a Community Development Relationship Manager.
• Demonstrate leadership to inspire and coach team members to reach their potential.
