Books A Million is seeking a 2nd & Charles Associate to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find books and merchandise. You will greet guests, answer questions, assist with orders, and cashier efficiently while promoting store programs and maintaining clean, organized shelves.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, merchandising teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment with a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.
• Computer skills and cash register skills preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist customers with questions and orders; operate cashiering.
• Sell products and participate in promotional programs.
• Stock and merchandise sales floor; maintain displays and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and store upkeep as needed.
