Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Book Specialist to support the Books and Media department within its retail stores and warehouse operations. You will sort, price, and organize books and media, ensuring the department remains well-stocked, clean, and customer-friendly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred, particularly experience working with books.
• In-depth knowledge of book and media categories.
• Knowledge of best-selling authors.
• Ability to use a computer for research purposes.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

This position is responsible for sorting, pricing, organizing, and maintaining books and media inventory while ensuring the department remains well-stocked, clean, and customer-friendly. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of books and media and can work independently while providing excellent customer service.
