Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking an organized Buying Operations Inbound Analyst to own end-to-end tracking and reconciliation of PO receipts. You will monitor delivery risks, coordinate with logistics, sourcing, and marketing, and escalate issues to leadership as needed to keep campaigns on schedule.

The role requires strong Excel skills, a proactive communicator mindset, and comfort in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Familiar with AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey time-sensitive information cross-functionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with global sourcing, production, or import/freight processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inbound PO pipeline and track receipts.
• Monitor and resolve delivery risks and exceptions, including delays at origin.
• Escalate late deliveries and provide context for leadership decisions.
• Reconcile receipt discrepancies with vendors, DCs, and buying/planning teams.
• Maintain real-time PO receipt status and logs across systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Buying for timely campaigns.
• Flag at-risk styles to marketing and email teams with lead time to adjust campaigns.
