Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a primary store-level sales representative to service large accounts such as supermarkets, growing business in assigned locations. The role involves stocking, merchandising, and delivering to stores, with heavy lifting and potential weekend/holiday work.

The candidate should have access to a vehicle, a valid driver license, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment to build relationships with store management and drive promotions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. driverfers license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts.
• Sell product inventory to standard.
• Take inventory and place orders for future delivery.
• Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution within the area boundaries.
• Sell and execute promotions, solicit placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory.
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales.
• Generate selling opportunities by maintaining shelf facings, cleaning shelves, and rotating products.
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts and maintain goodwill with customers.
