Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is expanding its sales team in the Melbourne Beach area of Florida. Sales Consultants will drive sales objectives, manage territory, promote products, coordinate in-store tastings, and service accounts.

Responsibilities include merchandising displays, stocking inventories, monitoring promotions, and collaborating with the District Manager on openings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of wine and spirits is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and manage territory.
• Call on accounts and maintain daily routes with an efficient pattern.
• Analyze accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Deliver sales presentations and promote products and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandising displays.
• Support account openings and collections where applicable.
• Participate in meetings and training programs.
