Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes.

You will travel to locations, use pallet jacks for movement, and document store execution using company systems. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a monthly car/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs for keg handling or pallet jack use.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution by uploading photos of displays and backstock to our systems.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
