Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a field-based merchandiser who will visit grocery stores and beverage outlets around the Roseville area to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes. You will transport items with pallet jacks, use company systems for routing, and document execution with photos.

The role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for development, with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour plus overtime and monthly mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years or as per state law.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb for keg handling or pallet operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Utilize company systems for routing, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkout and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
