Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a field-based merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across the Inland Empire. You will drive your own vehicle, manage backroom transfers, and document display execution using our systems.

The role requires 0–6 months of general work experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.
• Maintain organized backstock and correct inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Start time & Hours:Start between 5:00–6:00 AM Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM on weekends; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Physical role:Lifting and stocking shelves with 25–50 lbs cases, moving 500–1,000+ cases by hand daily
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the Inland Empire

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
