Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time field merchandising associate to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery and retail outlets across San Diego County. Shifts start early (4am–6am) with weekends included.

You will travel to stores, move products with pallet jacks, and use our systems for routing and documentation. The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, foot/physical strength to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display area using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
