Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Retail Beauty Sales & Education Specialist to support brand education, in-store events, and Bay Area retail growth. You will educate Beauty Advisors, engage shoppers, and drive product knowledge across Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, and other retailers.

The role is a part-time contract with roughly 30 hours per week, flexible schedule, and travel within the San Francisco Bay Area. A personal vehicle is required for up to 50 miles travel.

HireNow Package

• Listed Pay: $25.00; hourly basis to be confirmed.
• Work Arrangement: Part‑time contract field role.
• Hours: Approximately 30 hours weekly.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, with 2–3 desk days included in the supplied schedule.
• Territory: San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the National Field Manager on regional sales growth strategies and in‑store activations.

• Support brick-and-mortar sales growth through store engagement, education, and promotional activity.

Required Qualifications

• Beauty Advisor experience with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, or comparable beauty retail environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence delivering brand education to retail teams.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles one‑way within the assigned territory.
• Availability for approximately 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Haircare product knowledge or education experience.
• Previous brand ambassador experience.
• Field sales representative experience.
