Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Freelancer in San Jose, CA to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and retailers across your market, with the flexibility you love plus W-2 pay, training and support. You will work part-time at retail locations across the market, driving sales, educating store teams and hosting in-store events while keeping merchandising on-brand.

Weekend availability is required, and you will operate with a smartphone and Headkount app to stay

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• A strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• A confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• The drive to work independently.
• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
