First Bank & Trust in Minnesota seeks a Branch Manager who will lead a team, drive service culture, and exceed branch goals. You will manage daily teller line operations, supervise staff, and develop profitable relationships with clients while maintaining strong community ties.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of leadership experience. You’ll coach staff, ensure compliance, and partner with the Branch Manager to align with bank-wide strategies.

In addition, this person will be responsible for creating and leading a customer-centric and efficient approach to daily teller line branch operations while also maintaining client relationships and proactively developing new opportunities that put people first. This person should possess a strong knowledgebase of banking principles that aides in their ability to satisfy the needs of clients, while also creating profitable relationships for the bank.

This person should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience or the equivalent. This person should have proven leadership skills that demonstrate assertiveness, integrity, empathy, agility, creativity, decisiveness, self-awareness. and gratitude. This person must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be an active listener, and a knowledgeable facilitator. This person should be a solutions-driven problem solver who is able to provide sound advice to staff, clients and colleagues. This person should be genuinely personable, collaborative, and committed to nurturing the strengths and talents of their team.
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $50,835 and $68,628. This range is a good faith estimate for the position. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may differ based on various factors, including the individual’s relevant experience, training, skills, work location, and other considerations. For those in eligible roles, we offer incentive compensation based on individual performance.
