Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three+ years of related banking or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Provide information and guidance on bank products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Cross-sell products to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the community.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and transactions.
• Collaborate with branch to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Represent the bank professionally in community activities.
