Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Banker to join our in-branch team. You will engage customers, identify needs, and offer banking products while handling transactions and account maintenance.

A focus on exceptional service helps customers meet their financial goals and supports branch growth. Formal education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; prior in-store banking experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience or an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with Woodforest’s service standards.
