Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services to customers
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance
• Use problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries in line with Woodforest’s training
