Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
• Successful customer service and/or sales experience.
• Prior experience in retail banking or related industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of customer services including transactions and account servicing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers and identifying needs.
• Identify customer needs and generate referrals to support financial goals.
• Assist with resolution of basic account issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow processes and compliance directives to support branch operations.
• Support the bank's strategic growth in retail banking.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals through targeted activities.
• Pursue ongoing development through training and coaching.
• Participate in bank events to grow customer relationships.
