Peoples National Bank, N.A. in Mount Vernon seeks a results-driven Retail Sales Manager for our Harrisburg Banking Centers.

You will lead branch staff, drive deposit growth, and ensure profitability through multi-product relationships with individuals. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, oversee sales and service processes, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Five years sales experience including three years in financial services.
• Two years of supervisory experience in deposits and consumer loan products.
• Strong knowledge of bank operations and policies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and complaint resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and reports including statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Oversee organization of branch sales, operations, and service processes.
• Develop and manage profitable multi-product relationships with individuals.
• Participate in product development and delivery channel changes.
• Implement tactics to drive deposit growth.
• Call on prospective and existing customers to build professional relationships and solicit new business.
• Manage cost effectiveness and maximize profitability of the banking center.
• Review, audit, and prepare operational/financial reports and correspondence.
• Support CRA efforts through community involvement and staff training.
