First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to prepare and distribute reports for the Retail team, monitor compliance activities, and support the Retail Banking Administration group.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and experience in banking. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and the position follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute reports for the Retail team.
• Monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to processes/regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the Retail Banking Administration team.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support Retail Banking.
• Assist in presenting information for meetings and trainings.
