Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by serving existing clients and prospecting new ones. You will open accounts, manage teller duties, and refer to internal specialists for mortgage, wealth, business banking, and treasury management, aiming to provide a first-class client experience.

You will engage customers through calls and conversations, follow up, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• May obtain notary authorization
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance; run teller drawer as needed.
• Support client engagement through active calling and follow up.
• Refer to internal partners for mortgage, wealth, small business banking, and treasury management as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies and risk standards.
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking needs.
