Responsibilities

• Manages and influences activities within the Retail Banking Department; acts as a primary contact for the Retail Banking team and supports executives and key members.
• Leads, coordinates and manages key initiatives and projects with deadlines and secure implementation.
• Collaborates with other internal lines of business on multi-departmental initiatives and provides input throughout the process.
• Works closely with Retail Banking partners to communicate key information and serve as a liaison.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
