Job summary

NBT is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Banking Department Coordinator in the United States. You will coordinate meetings, projects, and reports, and craft content supporting the division’s communications.

You will collaborate with the EVP of Retail Banking and other leaders, manage sensitive information, and help deliver strategic initiatives and departmental events while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating meetings, projects, and reporting in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages and influences activities within the Retail Banking Department.
• Leads key initiatives and projects with deadlines and implementation.
• Coordinates multi-departmental initiatives and provides input.
• Liaises with Retail Banking partners to communicate key information.
• Assists with additional duties as assigned.
