NBT Bank is seeking a data analyst to assist in developing, analyzing and validating metrics and reporting for our retail banking segment. You will support ad-hoc reporting, collaborate with senior analysts and contribute to key performance measurements.

With an Associate's degree or equivalent, you will bring strong communication, attention to detail and analytical skills. This is a full-time role focused on accurate, timely reporting and department projects.

• Strong written and oral communication

• Proficiency with reporting tools including InformEnt

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and distribute key metrics reports for retail banking; provide ad-hoc reporting and ensure accuracy
• Identify trends and opportunities through analysis to support enhancements
• Assist with department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed
